Rosabeth Moss Kanter is an entrepreneur, a best selling author, one of the country's most respected scholars, and a pioneer in the study of organizational change and corpoeate entrepreneurship. She is a chairman of the board of goodmeasure, a cambridge, Massachusetts-based management consulting firm that specializes in strategies for innovation, productivityand the effective management of change foe American and foreign companies.Her Goodmeasure clients have included such blue corporations as proctor & Gamble, Honeywell, IBM, Digital Equipment, general Electric and Apple Computer. Kanter was on the faculties of Brandeis and Harvard Universities for 10 years before joining the faculty of Yale in 1977. Recently, she returned to Harvard as the class of 1960 professor at the Harvard Business School- the first holder of this tentured full professorship which is dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship. She has been a fellow and visiting scholar at the Harvard Law School and a visiting professor at MIT.

The change Masters is a selection of the Fortune Book Club and has also been published in Japanese. Kanter is the recipient of many national honors, including the Guggenheim Fellowship honorary doctorates and four woman of the Year awards from national organizations, including Ms. Mgazine.In the Past year, she has been a featured speaker at more than 120 corporate, goverment and trade- association meetings.She received bachelor's degree from Bryn Mawr College and Ph.D from the University of Michigan.
